He lives on a farm with sheep, chickens, goats, donkey, and a pig. The book includes 5 short stories about Ramon and his adventures with the farm animals. ( ) This book has five tales that talk about the different animals on Ramon's farm. Spanish words are introduced at the beginning of each tale. I would use this book in a Spanish bilingual classroom. Students would be able to identify the difference between animals sounds in both languages. I would also use it in a regular K-1st grade class. For me, it is important to introduce different languages to students. We would read this book, and practice saying the different animal sounds. I would also use another bilingual book to tie in a lesson on Spanish bilingual books. I do not know if I would do it during Reading or Language Arts. I feel story time would be an appropriate time to introduce bilingual books. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
