Nysander holds the cup and Mardus the wooden disks--one of which was responsible for Seregil's coma--but the crown must still be located. Threatened under pain of death by Nysander to keep his quest a secret even from his loyal companion, Alec, Seregil is dispatched to find the last missing piece of the Helm so that he and Nysander can destroy it. Done, and I must say, I'm very impressed. The first part of the book is going nice and slow and the, all of a sudden: Beng! Action! At some point I didn’t expect a positive outcome and in the end it went different than I expected. The second part of the book was amazing and I kept reading and reading (I still need to have breakfast at this point, and take a shower an clean the house, but who cares?). I also have reread some parts, just because. It's a great read! ( )
