the book was ok, didn't learn anything i didn't already know. sadly she keeps telling people to leave out chocolate but sadly most animals get sick from eating chocolate. also she only gives the pretty disney version of fairies they don't all look cute and pretty ( )

This well written, beautifully illustrated hard cover book is a total must have for those who love the wee folk or are just learning about them. I found the whole read a total delight from start to finish. There is a lot of useful information that was easy understand and suggestions that were simple to do.

The pictures that were very generously provided through out were fantastically done and wonderfully whimsical at the same time. The personal stories in this little nugget really were frosting on the cake for me. The extra nice thing about this one is that it would also make an excellent gift. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves fairies and who enjoys learning about the different folk and how to please them.

I had to check this book out because of the art work. Beautiful pictures. Fun book to read too. ( )

I was expecting a lot more from this book, perhaps believing that the "101" aspect was not being truthful. In the end, the book really is little more than a bit of 'facts' on fairies mixed in with personal accounts.

An easy read with quick-to-use suggestions, but just nowhere as deep as I expected.

I will say that all the paintings are absolutely beautiful, however. ( )
