Dante is the mafia prince of Las Vegas. The Villanova family is run by his father, and daddy dearest wants Dante to follow in his footsteps. In order to do that, Dante has to have a bride. Problem is that Dante doesn't have anyone in mind, which means his dad is more than willing to pick one for him.
Gabriella is stuck. She spends all the hours of the day working in her family's restaurant for her step-mother. Before her father's death, she promised him that she would always take care of Agatha. However, just because Gabriella promised to take care of Agatha doesn't mean that Agatha is going to be appreciative of it or reciprocate. In fact, Agatha goes out of her way to make Gabriella's life as completely miserable as possible.
One night, Gabriella is trying to make her way home from where her step-sisters left her. Up rides her Prince Charming, Dante, riding his iron horse. They have an enjoyable evening that leads to an even more enjoyable night, which they both know that will be the only one they can have because of their secrets.
OMG, Jane Henry writes some really hot stuff, but this may be the hottest one of her books yet. The chemistry between Dante and Gabriella is so strong and so hot that I felt the heat coming up and off my Kindle while I was reading it. I was unable to put my Kindle down because I wanted to know what was next so much. I felt like I was watching Dante and Gabriella through a pair of binoculars, being a spy on their life and so close that I could practically touch them.
Jane continues to put out quality work and I can't wait for the next installment of her fairy tales. ( )
