A good overview of various types of breathing for different purposes: feeling more energetic, relaxing, calming panic attacks, and more. Also a little teaser at the end of the more transformational types of breathwork; alas, the author didn't go into much detail on this. This book is a nice primer - those who are curious may well want to dig deeper with other materials afterwards. ( )
