Le livre dresse un portrait du paradigme de la bibliothèque 2.0 et de ce que ça veut dire dans le concret pour une bibliothèque. Il est évident que le parallèle avec le Web 2.0 s’y trouve une place importante. Cependant, on explique clairement comment choisir les services Web 2.0 appropriés pour sa bibliothèque. Que dans les faits, c’est bien beau la technologie, mais ça doit surtout être utile et employé par les usagers pour servir la bibliothèque et la clientèle. ( )
