A therapist recommended it when I complained of feeling intense stress (June 2020). There was a lot more wrong than that, however, and the book seemed far too cutesy and polyanna-ish for me. I'm sure the advice is great and there were lots of tips for dealing with things that cause stress. It just didn't help me. ( ) geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
