Five stories, mostly about business men.

In the first the man character regularly sees a handsome man at a bus stop, always indulging in fantasies about him when he sees him, but never even speaking to him. Eventually they do begin speaking, seeing each other as friends, and then admitting they are attracted to one another. In general I liked the premise of the story as it was starting, focusing on the way people fantasize about such things, but in the end it didn't do much with the idea, and things went as usual. Probably a little more like real life than most yaoi, if a somewhat too ideal version of it, but rather dull.

The rest of the stories the relationships are a little rockier and thus slightly less dull, but only because they follow their usual yaoi story formulas. So they may have made me a little less drowsy but not all that much more entertained. One is about old school mates who meet again in the workplace, with the main having had a crush on the other thinking it was one-sided. The next is about a gay man who basically keeps (politely) pursuing a straight man till he realizes he likes him. The one after that starts with a mildly odd and thus interesting kiss scene between two new coworkers, but then devolves quickly into the fuck-buddies-but-I-love-you-and-think-it's-one-sided-so-I-won't-admit-it relationship. The last, like the first, is not exactly like the usual yaoi plot (at least not for a one-shot, though very common for multi-parters. Two guys are already together and want to have sex but one is too scarred), but also like the first is so straight forward and 'realistic' in a really idealized way (perhaps I mean...un-sensational?) without much else (the seme is frustrated but waits politely. Eventually the uke says he's ready. They have sex, the end.) that it's again quite dull.

This is the second time I've been underwhelmed by a manga by this author, so unless someone drops more manga in my lap to try, I'm going to try to avoid this one from now on. ( )
