Charming little book with very colorful illustrations anu child would love this book. I like the way it teaches a child it's okay to ask questions about this big world we live in.

I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This is a cute book with great watercolor-like illustrations. There is a bit of a style collision with the questions, fun facts, and educational information. It feels a bit messy to me and could be hard for some kids to follow.

I Wonder About…Everything!

This is a story dedicated to the love between a child and his Papa. In this case, the Papa and child are penguins! As the little one asks lots of big questions, his Papa gives him the answers through words and actions.

Beautiful pictures, done by the author, illustrate their home and the questions that are asked. They capture the wonder and love that exists between the two, as well as, the large world the two live in.

The little one’s biggest question is wanting to know what love is. Even though Papa is getting tired of answering so many questions, he doesn’t hesitate to explain love, and to assure the little one that his Papa will always love him.

The illustrations in this over-sized picture book are a vital part of the story, and will amaze both the reader and child alike. This five-star book is recommended for preschoolers through first grade.

This book does a good job representing the relationship between a trusting child and their loving parent. The illustrations, especially on the end pages, are wonderful, and the story line is pleasant, if predictable. The ocean facts and father as the loving parent is a nice addition. ( )
