It was freedom at last after Peter boldly took that step and told the men at a breakfast meeting that he no longer accepted that people who don't believe in Jesus Christ will go to eternal hell. He had been asked to speak at a Christian Men's Breakfast in Yangon, Myanmar. What they didn't know was that Peter had been secretly having serious doubts about his Christian religion. The men were shocked and refuted what Peter had said, but thankfully the meeting ended. This meeting was the beginning of a journey to freely research and discover the truth about his religion, leave Christianity and then move on to a new spirituality.I Left Christianity recounts Peter's journey from his youth to the present and the events, discoveries and experiences that influenced him to leave.
