Story about a fireman named Smalls. He becomes the towns hero after saving a girl from a fire. The age range is from 3- 5 years old, because it would be to simple of a read for 6 year olds. I liked it because it reminded me of my childhood and when my parents would read books like this to me.

Little Fire Engine is about Fireman Small saving a home. He shows us all the different equipment that he needs to help save the families home that is on fire. I liked this book because it has a happy ending and it shows how to help people. I would recommend pre-school or kindergarden. ( )

I like this book because it is a good lesson to the young people on how to be helpful . I would use this in my teaching. This book is good for beginners and kindergarten readers. ( )
