The Healing Promise of Qi is a wonderful book that provides dedicated and insightful information on Qigong, and how to start a Qigong practices of your own. Roger Jahnke is a great writer and a wonderful teacher. Having studied with his and others I can say that the information that he presents is accessible I would hazard to even say more accessible then some of the other commonly read authors on the topic such as Ken Cohen, and the works of Mantak Chia. I have read both writers and where I respect their work, I feel t hat Jahnke presents both the exercises and health information in a clearer fashion. ( ) geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
