What I did read of this book I not only enjoyed but found incredibly useful. This isn't really a diet, it's more like a change. My meal size has decreased drastically, and I don't like eating large meals anymore. I do eat large meals at restaurants but I feel overly full afterword.
I've also lost nine pounds since I started reading this last October.
I just don't want this on my currently reading shelf anymore. ( )
