In this beginners chapter book a boy and his dog go over to a friends house and have a sleepover. I would give this book to a 1st to 3rd grader who wants to read a chapter book but might not be at the level to read picture-less chapter book. This would be something I might recommend a student to read and then write a small paragraph on what they comprehended. ( )
