Anyway, the book includes methods and teachings from Tao, Tantra, and the Kama Sutra that are meant to make each partner a better lover to the other. There are also thought exercises and visualizations on how to find your ideal lover and make yourself a more confident partner.
Overall an interesting read, but I was struck throughout how very heteronormative it was. Every part referred to the "man" and the "woman" in the relationship. Of course, this makes sense considering the author's stated preferences and the advice mostly derives from ancient texts that often discount any other form of partnership. Still, it would have been nice to see some form of updated thinking from the author. ( )
