Quantum Physics is a study I love and read as a hobby. I was excited to dig into this book and see what it had to say regarding quantum energy and how it all tied into spirituality and self-help.

Overall, Schmitt does a great job explaining his beliefs regarding spiritual frequencies and how they may impact and interact with particles that ultimately make up our lives. In a way, it is reminiscent of string theory. He talks about the famous double-slit experiment and his interpretation of the results. This helps support the foundation of physics that the book is based upon.
Though the author does explain some physics, the real takeaway of this book is that it is less measurable by physics but is quantifiable by results. We can heighten our human experience through critical points and habit-building outlooks (which I won't spoil here). Togetherness and unconditional love are crucial focal points in the energies presented. Schmitt's position on what we are at our core and how to elevate aspects of our life, as well as what to look out for, is a positive message, and the passion of his beliefs comes through in his writing. Our most significant obstacles are our own doing. As he said, "Fear is our great undoing."

This is a self-help book from a quantum energetic perspective and how we could raise our base energy levels to be positive and loving. He also dips back in to our past and our recent future to give examples of how those with low energy can affect our lives. From racism to government mandates his opinion is the same and like I’ve always said happy people want others to be happy and he seems to agree with that notion except he has put it in a more professional and credible way. I was surprised at how many things I agreed with Mr. Schmidt about this is a quick and informative read and one I am glad was recommended to me and I am now recommending it to you. It doesn’t hurt to want to be better and happier people especially when it helps us get along with our neighbors. Even if quantum physics and scientific explanations or things you steer clear of, fear not this book is easy to read and I found it very interesting. Please forgive any mistakes as I am blind and dictate my review. ( )

This is different from my usual read. I took time to get into the real concept of this book. Although we are all familiar with "quantum" and the enigma it serves in our nature, this was far more different than its meaning in subject terms. We have heard of it many times, but the author will develop a deep relationship with its concept. When I picked up this book, I was expecting a downpour of heavy "physics vocabulary," but I was relaxed with the seamless and understandable language the author has used. The language is reader-friendly, and it seems the author has researched and made it simple to make it more engaging for the readers.
The author has significantly developed a relationship between our lives and quantum energies. The main concept is that our energies and thoughts are affected by this. I was amazed to know that we can bring about change by just comprehending its role in our lives.
It has been a different yet enlightening read for me. The deep and detailed research is evidently visible. In the era of fiction and fantasy, it has been a unique factual read. ( )
