She’ll reveal how she finds newly-fallen-out teeth using her amazing Tooth-o-Finder and plans her entry into the house with the help of her spectacular Spy-o-Binoculars. She even supplies a Do and Do Not list for children hoping the tooth fairy will pay them a visit. And some of them, pictured at the end of the story, might look just like you. Young readers [and their parents] will laugh out loud at this delightful Tooth Fairy tale. Charming illustrations accompany the first person text [told by the Tooth Fairy herself, of course]. Why not plan to share this special story with your child around the time that first tooth becomes wiggly-loose? Highly recommended. "You Think It's Easy Being the Tooth Fairy?" is a really fun book about the adventures of a tooth fairy. It talks about all of the different jobs that have to be done and how it's not so easy being the tooth fairy. I would recommend this book for any age kid that is still in the process of losing teeth. Summary: This is a short story about the hard work it takes to be the Tooth Fairy. Dodging obstacles, flying through the night and avoiding pesky pets provides a joyful adventure for Fairy. The story shows how the Tooth Fairy finds the going rate for the teeth she collects. Personal Reflection: Such a cute story for any child about to loose their first tooth. Would also be a great asset to a dental health lesson. Classroom Extension: 1. Have the children draw their version of the tooth fairy. 2. Make a "tooth pocket" for the children to use at home for the tooth fairy. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
