Yu-Gi-Oh! Duelist #17-24 Yeah, I liked this series. Of course, the rules for cards were pretty loose and everyone pulled "secret" abilities out of their butts ALL the time, but it was cool. And having played myself I could enjoy the strategies as a player and not just a reader. Good stuff."

The Battle City semi-final duel between Yugi and Kaiba begins, while Jonouchi remains in a coma after his duel with Marik. This is still some of my very favorite stuff in the whole series. The rivalry between Yugi and Kaiba is so hot that sparks fly; and Yugi's faith that Jonouchi will recover and they will yet have their duel is really inspiring. I'm looking forward to the rest of the Battle City story. ( )
