Edwurd Fudwupper Fibbed Big is an interesting book that has a great lesson behind it. It shows Fannie Fudwupper's big brother, Edwurd, cooking up big fibs to tell people on a daily basis. But one day, Edwurd tells such a whopping lie that the army, the air force, and the dogcatcher are called to reverse the damage. This is a very entertaining book and it has a ton of details about each fib and the repercussions that come along with them. It shows how a fib can create such a big mess and how it is easier to tell the truth, which is a huge lesson for children to take away. ( )

Edwurd Fudwupper is a liar extraordinaire who goes too far one day and has to be saved by a most unlikely hero. Funny, an excellent read-aloud, and fantastic art. ( )

This is a wonderful book. I've read it a few times with different vroups and the response is always big. The illustrations, the unusual word choice, and the general over-the-top nature of the plot all make for comedy gold among listeners. Great selection. ( )

I bought this book for myself. It's too funny to read. Anyone who enjoys word play and the sounds of the English language will get a kick out of this. ( )
