This book is exactly what the title says: A space encyclopedia about planets and stars! The book is an informational text that discusses the solar system and how it was formed. It enables us to explore the Universe through amazing real-life pictures and facts, along with fun facts and quiz questions. In my opinion, this book is a great read especially when exploring complex topics such as space, planets and the universe. Additionally, the book explores the life of an astronaut and how they survive in space, giving students insight to what goes on behind-the-scenes of people making it to outside of Earth. ( ) The cover is bright with a large picture of a planet, some smaller planets, rockets, satellites and telescopes. There is a table of contents at the beginning. Each page describes another aspect of space. Blurbs of information within the whole concept of the page separate the page. The blurbs have titles and an accompanying picture of the information. The text is large and written in short concise descriptions. The information pertains to space, science, technology, politics and history. This is a great book for research and discussion about space. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
