Personal Reaction: I enjoyed this story of the Chestnut Pudding, it is a story of making mistakes and doing what is right in the end. A good message that still holds true today.
Classroom Extension: 1) This story would be a good discussion starter about morals and being respectful of others property. 2) Have a science project to show how and why mixing a solid and a liquid forms a compound. Bring in flour and show how to make dough. ( )
