This book is a great tool to start transitioning children into chapters book. This book does a good job of showing that being different is a good thing and that you shouldn't be ashamed of what you like. I would say this book is primarily targeted towards second and third graders, since that's around the age children are first introduced to chapter books. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe

This book is a good demonstration for kids about how to handle tough situation with peers. Whether it be a bully, or maybe just a friend who says a mean thing, this book shows children to be comfortable with who they are and to not be ashamed for what they like or do or who they are.
