The oldest football club in Australia is celebrating its 150th year in 2008 and a special book is being released to mark the occasion. The Illustrated History of Melbourne FC since 1858 commemorates the history of this great VFL/AFL club, in both words and images, and features a series of essays by some of Australia's leading journalists and historians, including Robin Grow, Gillian Hibbins, Jim Main, Peter Wilmoth, Andrew Johnstone, David Allen and Ben Collins.
