I say "pretty much", because there are some issues which were taken up during the Reformation, which are not really covered here to any substantial extent (such as the invocation of the saints). Which I personally found a little disappointing. But most of what comprises Lutheran dogma is covered here.
It's also wonderful as a reference book. ( )
