Written in English and Braille, this encourages children to think about the experience of colors apart from the visual aspect. Each page has embossed illustrations to feel rather than see. This book is a MUST HAVE. I plan on purchasing this book at some point to have it useful to challenge students to come up with different ways they can help someone who is blind or has difficulty with sight. To give students the chance to critically think outside the main stream box of how to do things that are not traditional. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe

This title invites readers to imagine living without sight through remarkable illustrations done with raised lines and descriptions of colors based on imagery. Braille letters accompany the illustrations and a full Braille alphabet offers sighted readers help reading along with their fingers. Geen bibliotheekbeschrijvingen gevonden. |
