I have looked through a number a “How to Draw Manga” books in past and either the instructions are too complicated to follow successfully or the style of manage is inconsistent and too Americanized. Chris Hart’s Manga for the Beginner: Everything You Need to Start Drawing Right Away! Is the “How to Draw Manga” book I have been waiting to get in my hands. Hart has been producing how to draw books for a few years now and his expertise shows. Manga for the Beginner is easy to follow and offers readers a consistent and fun style to practice. What the book lacks in colour images it more than makes up with quality instruction and examples. Readers learn to draw everything from teen girls, to school boy outfits, to simple jabs, to vampires and charming tortoises. Manga for the Beginner is practical and effective, a definite read for manga fans learning to draw. Also recommend C.
