Study of the Otway Ranges in Victoria, covering the coastline from Point Addis to Glenaire, and inland to Lavers Hill and surrounding areas. Written in diary format, it records aspects of the flora, fauna, geology and history encountered on the author's travels in the area. Includes colour photographs, a bibliography and an index. The author, a former world record-holding Olympic runner, was research and development manager of ICI Australia's Rural Division and a founding member of the Land Conservation Council, and is currently chairman of the Wool Research and Development Corporation.
