This is a really cute lower level book that I glanced at in the library. The basic story is a mole and a mouse are scared of a bear in the woods until they find out that there is nothing to be afraid about at all and the bear struggles with acceptance. Its a really good lesson about not being afraid of getting to know people and not judging others by thier looks. This book can also be used for predicting events because it has a twist at the end. This is a cute story about unlikely friends. Two small animals go out in search of an unknown creature. The story is does not give away the ending, which ends with the two creatures befriending a bear. it is a great story for a younger audience.
