This story centers around a young girl who's family is taking a vacation into the countryside. She is a very curious and inquisitive girl, and after her family ventures through a tunnel, life changes forever. She is instantly transported to a spirit world where creatures of all shape and size come out at night to indulge and mingle. She is caught in this world, and is faced with having to learn how to save her parents, make new friends, and ultimately, how to live virtuously. This graphic novel is a good adaptation of the film and features the beautiful artwork and scenery of the story. ( )
