This was passed along to me so the price was right but it is clearly only a tiny part of the story. It has made me want to track down the original, so I kind of wish I had passed on this one. ( ) It's OK, considering it's a book of the film. I can't remember whether I have seen this film before, but I liked the story and how it ended with Johnny finding love, reconciling with his mother and selflessly saving the world! Action really intensified at the end all converging in the Lotek's Heaven. What irritated me was the way multiple synonyms were used some times, albeit in dialogue. It seemed like the writer decided to list everything he could find in a thesaurus for that term. It made the character unlikeable at that point (which was perhaps the aim) but it made the writer seem amateurish too. Unfortunately, it is dated by its implication that a 320-gigabyte data-storage chip is impressively large, when Terabytes is more the norm now. And who is to say chips will be used at all for data storage in future? geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
