A saint not so well-known, but a great victim soul and mystic of the late 14th, early 15th centuries, Holland. Her body was split in three sections, reflecting the state of the Church at that time, and in reparation for Her schisms. This book benefits anyone who suffers, as well as those desiring to comprehend the life of a victim soul and voluntary reparation, union in Christ through the cross, always. St. Lydwine was bedridden from age 15, when she broke a rib, endured a lifelong illness which was recognized to be of supernatural origin. Her body became covered with sores and abscesses and virtually came apart into three pieces-symbolically representing the condition of the Church. She ate no food except Holy Communion and experienced many mystical phenomena. An incredible story of one of the most heroic victim souls in the history of the Church.
