From the time baby tyrannosaurus rex hatches from his shell, he is looking at the world in math terms. He starts by adding his fingers and toes. As he grows older, he continues to count everything. By the time he was one, he was counting by two's. Shortly after that, he learned to count by fives, he could do subtraction, division, and even recognize geometric shapes. Math is connected to every part of his life. He becomes a genius at math. This is a very creative way to teach basic math skills to students. It presents the terms in a fun and applicable manner; one that kids can relate to. Colorful illustrations and dinosaurs are a great combination for young kids. It's a unique way to show kids that learning math can be fun. Loved this book - clever! Recommended grades: 1-3 geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
