This book is about a boy that receives hand-me-downs from his older sibling. The problem is that the clothes are too big for him. Finally his mom gets clothing that perfectly fits them, however he soon outgrows those clothes. He ends up passing down the clothes to his little sibling. ( ) Titch has two older siblings, his older sister Mary and older brother Pete. Titch has outgrown his own clothes and other personal belongings so he receives hand-me-downs from his siblings. These clothes are sometimes way too big for Titch but he is optimistic he'll grow into them, but mom and dad said that he needs his on new clothes so they can fit him. Titch learns from his siblings and donates his old hand-me-downs to his baby brother. This book helps personality development because it follows a young boy who is recognizing his family's value for repurposing old clothes. In the beginning, Tich learns to accept his older siblings old clothes even though they don't fit. While his mother wants to buy the children new clothes, by the end of the book, Titch is giving his newborn brother hand-me-down clothes as well. This book is about a little boy whom has an older sibling. He is always getting hand me downs most of the time they are little oversize. He complains about it all the time. Finally his mother decides to buy him his very own new clothes. He is thrilled. However, he gets a new sibling and in the end of the book he gets to tell that baby that he too will have hand me downs one day.
