I like the special features in this text, including “Did you know?” boxes, a glossary of new and difficult words, and provided web sites for further information. My favorite “Did you know?” box was this one: “Chinese children eat noodles on their birthdays to bring them luck and a long life. I also like that the book is separated into different topics, and is easy to follow due to the table of contents. The theme of the book is obviously learning about China, and being curious about how other people live. ( ) geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
