This book is a collection of rhymes about a bug that was very child friendly. After the rhyme introduces a new bug it went into using scientific language to explain different parts of that bug, where it lives, and what it does. This used more academic language but it was still child friendly. I thought this book was super interesting and fun to read through, I learned a lot for it which is fun! I think that this book would have a strong role in the intermediate setting to use as a resources to look at specific bugs. I can think of situations where we could use it as a resource as a whole class but I also think that there would be a group of students who would enjoy looking through and reading it independently.
