The Paramedic Review Manual for National Certification is designed to prepare students to sit for the national certification exam by including the same type of skill-based and multiple-choice questions that are likely to appear on the exam.  The review manual will evaluate students' mastery of the material presented in their paramedic training program.  Students will be able to complete practice quizzes and identify any weak areas, allowing for adjustment in pre-exam studies.  Copies of the performance skill sheets, requirements for successful completion of each skill, and common errors made during the performance of each skill are also included. Section II:  Provides a total of 360 practice questions and rationales that are similar in style to what the candidate is likely to encounter on EMS certification exams. Section III:  Provides the candidate with information about the National EMT-Paramedic practical examination.  This section includes copies of the performance skill sheets, requirements for successful completion of each skill, common errors made during the performance of each skill, and hints on how to "recover" should the candidate make a mistake during the performance of a skill. Section IV:  Provides answers and detailed rationales to the practice questions and scenarios in sections II and III.
