This book was about a boy explaining to a girl that's stuck in quicksand all about quicksand. Like what it is and why it is sinking. This book is very interesting because it shows diagrams and gives kids the true facts of quicksand and not just what they see in movies as well as how to prevent sinking in quick sand. I really liked how in the end their is a quicksand recipe so then you could make that with the class and be able to see it in real life and maybe test different objects in the sand. This book could be a good tool to use in a lesson. ( )
