Pretty cool poetry book for bilingual students. I couldn't really read it because i'm not fluent in Spanish. ( )

This is great collection poems. I love that it is written by students of all ages and has such a variety of topics and poem styles. This would be great addition when introducing poetry. It would allow the students to see the many varieties of poems that exist as well as inspire them to create a poem book of their own.

The book has 100 beautiful poems by young poets all about the ocean.

These poems were written by students in grades 1-12 and collected over many years that Nye worked as a visiting writer in schools across the U.S.
