This book was cute and short, it was about a woman named Nelly who was walking her dog in the park when the dog took off to chase a squirrel. As the dog took off, Nelly was trying to catch him the whole time, breaking things, falling through things, and messing up weddings. It was quite comical and the illustrations were just as funny. The message would be all things that are loved will come back. The dog came back after Nelly had given up on her search for her dog. ( ) Mrs. McNosh is walking her dog when a squirrel crosses it's path. We're taken on an adventure through the park while Mrs. McNosh tries to catch her dog. Lot's of rhyming words, so this book would be a great book to read when learning about rhymes. You can have the students pick out the rhyming words. Mrs. McNosh took a walk in the park with a dog who didn't listen and made a mess. His name was George. Nelly ended up chasing him and yelling 'I will catch you' and then she finally gave up on catching him. At the end of the story, he came back to the front door step. This would be a great book for the younger grade levels to introduce what rhyming words are and how we know if a word rhymes or doesn't rhyme. This book is about Mrs. McNosh who is walking her dog. The dog had gotten away from her and McNosh had looked for her dog for the longest time until she grew tired. She had returned home without her dog and by surprise her dog had shown back up at her house. This book has a good storyline and has a good suspense when she is trying to find her dog. geen besprekingen | voeg een bespreking toe
