Ben went to the park and fed a duck some bread. The duck decided to follow Ben, even to his home. Duck did the same things as Ben, including eating spaghetti for tea.

Acton has used short sentences that used repetition that would allow for prediction of the text for young readers. She has effectively used a limited pallet of colours and the white space of the page in a minimalist way.
