The Film Music of John Williams: Reviving H… door Emilio Audissino
A fascinating overview of the revitalization of "neoclassical" symphonic music from Williams' film scores, with a couple close readings of his scores for Raiders and Dracula. The close readings were a little obvious and not so interesting as the broad examination of Williams' work or the historical context of his development, but that might just be because I've been exposed to a lot of media studies essays.
