The third of a three-part Batman graphic novel, in which the Batman works with the tenants forced out of the derelict buildings, and (reluctantly) the Riddler to nail the corrupt forces behind the construction of Gotham's newest playhome for the wealthy. A satisfying conclusion to an intriguing storyline.

The second of a three-part Batman graphic novel, in which Batman is framed for murder by the security chief of the new project he is investigating. Batman's irritated dealings with a nicely-portrayed Riddler are the main draw here.

The first of a three-part Batman graphic novel in which Batman and Bruce Wayne find themselves at odds over a plan to renovate a decaying part of Gotham City by tearing down the derelict housing and erecting new planned towers for the wealthy. Interesting use of the Riddler, a minor and little-used villain. Not too keen on the artwork.
