interesting stories. Too many quotes from research and not enough storytelling and descriptions of landscape
Very helpful book even though it is a bit out of date. The home brew explosion has developed improved technology. Still this stands up pretty well to internet FAQs. My first random recipe and its corresponding purchases of equipment looks like it will start me off to regular home brewing.
