"We ain't what we used to be" : photographs by… door Frederick C. Baldwin
These photographs were all made in Savanah, Georgia and gathered for an exhibition at Telfair. The book includes a great variety of quotes and statements from those involved with the civil rights movement. Baldwan, an experienced free lance photographer, later turned documentarian, and then impresario for Fotofest, Houston, had good entre for his journalist photography. The reproductions here on matte paper are noticeably flat.
