This book covers a lot of different things, not super deeply, but definitely a really good introduction that gives you a clear idea of the different topics relating to practices of modern mystics and just general self care techniques like aromatherapy, Crystal healing, herbalism, manifestation, yoga, meditation, etc. I also like how it points out that not all these methods in the book are for everyone, and that it suggests maybe just trying a few that call to you or seem like something you would like (such as if you like music a lot, maybe try some of the sound healing videos or using one of the instruments listed and see how it effects you for yourself). I was actually able to learn a lot reading this and it was written in such a way that I kept wanting to read more, which is not typically the case for me with non fiction reads.
