I honestly didnt like the book "Shark Man" because it was just a boring book.The book is actually a collection of shorter stories but some of the stories were just not interesting.They may have been boring because most of the stories were about the similar things. This made it seem like they put the same story in multipul times.
However the book wasn't all bad. I did like that it was a collection of short stories. This kept the book somewhat interesting. I also liked how the author described the characters. Frank the main character is a real life charter boat captain that fishes for sharks so he has some rather interesting customers. The author descrides every detail down to the accents of the people. Inbetween the fishing stories he has some funny stories like when a rodent kept stealing his fish every morning.
I wouldn't recomend this book to many people especially if you have never been fishing or on a boat. It would be hard to understand if you didnt know what they were talking about. I might recommend it to some people that do know about these things and are interested in shark fishing.… (meer)
