Chris Charlton Since graduating from Cambridge University, Chris has worked extensively in the financial services industry, both in line management and as a consultant. Having delivered a wide range of projects from major strategic change initiatives to tactical and operational systems toon meer enhancements, Chris is an experienced project manager and regularly advises on project and programme management. Chris now works as an independent consultant to companies planning for, and implementing, business and technology projects, such as preparing for EMU, integrating mergers and acquisitions and other development programmes.
