This book is so full of non-pc jokes and groaner puns that it is actually hard to read. It also has little to no information about husbandry. It "cites" a couple of studies but there are no references given.

That being said I did not see any information in the book that looked wrong. I think it answered a lot of myth or fact type questions a first time snake owner might have. It would probably be a good book for a 12 year old begging their parents for a pet snake.
