Daly gives his views on his career as a politician and the greater Australian political scene stretching from the 1930s to the 1970s and involving many of the key moments that shaped Australia during that period.
While Daly's take on these events are welcome, I failed to pick up any of the great humour that Daly was supposed to have, and the fact that he lists having a "You don't have to be mad to work here but it helps" poster in his office as proof that he had a great sense of humour, is enough to take an extra star off my rating.
