Storey's Guide to Raising Poultry, 4th Edition… door Glenn Drowns
This book is very inclusive and its chapters are well organized in the order a person would usually proceed in learning about poultry. Illustrations are a little minimal but very good, in black and white.

The several appendix have very practical useful information.

This book seems more thorough and clearly presented than most books on the subject.
